Nutana Park

A design and build brought to life. What began as a lovely first meeting, turned into the warm space that now exists! This couple had a wish for a piece of peace after their move to Saskatoon. Together, we shaped a vision rooted in the tranquility that felt like an extension of the soul. Inspired by the gentle rhythms of the natural world, we sculpted soft mounding slopes and wavy curves that harmoniously flow from house to curb. We reimagined their hardscaping to work with their home. The steps and pathway went from steep to gradual, creating a welcoming entrance that is modernized and accessible. The plantings celebrate the seasons. A tapestry of rich colorful blooms, textures and heights shift and surprise throughout the year. Here, birds, bees, people and trees find sanctuary among the busy city life. They longed for a splendid, abundant landscape that would share joy with all.
