Brighton
Through the Common Ground design and build process, this project emerged from a symphony of curated decisions. The vision for this space first took root in the quiet of the winter season, only to unfurl into reality beneath the summer sun. At Common Ground, we co-create spaces that honor the natural world, supporting the nourishment of both people and environment. This project weaves old European taste with the soul of the land. Inspiration drawn from their custom home, every detail was crafted to echo the architecture and meet the surrounding ecosystem. In harmony with the inner life and outer gardens, we work with nature each step of the way. Elegance meets ecology where both classic retreats and laughter filled gatherings are possible. All the elements and plants serve a purpose within the larger whole, enhancing biodiversity. What began as a site of only weeds, now has a stable foundation of places for not just humans but beneficial pollinator species too. Every leaf reaching towards the sky reminds us that the journey is just beginning.
