Queen Elizabeth

Think “cottage garden gone wild with permaculture” for this front yard and wow, does this space live up to that phrase. A Spruce and surrounding lawn inhabited this front yard for years. These homeowners wanted a change, ready for spaces with fulfilling interactions and abundant harvests. Drawing inspiration from nature, we brought this area to life. Now, it's home to resilient, beautiful and functional habitat. There’s fruit for picking, raised beds for veggies and a patio for sipping tea with company.

Elements:

  • Paver walkway

  • Paver edges along raised beds

  • Natural stone patio

  • Cedar raised beds and trellises

  • Cedar landing steps with metal railing

  • Landscape lighting

  • Fully automated irrigation system

  • Rock basins and rain chain for stormwater management

  • Boulder with house number and spotlight

“Thanks for the wonderful job you did this summer! We will recommend you to all who ask - there have been plenty of passerbys that have commented on the lovely job. Your expertise and professionalism AND your friendliness are much appreciated.”
